About Us |
We are a small, 62 acre, family owned and operated farm located in Snyder County, Pennsylvania. The farm work is a family project and is done by us and our four daughters. We have a small orchard, where we grow peaches, sweet cherries and plums. We also have a blueberry, strawberry and raspberry patch. Our fields are filled with a variety of produce each year, which may include string beans, tomatoes, zucchini, squash and red beets to name a few . The fruit and produce is sold through local farmers markets.
We also raise Belted Galloway beef cattle, Angora rabbits, Miniature Southdown Babydoll sheep, Blue Faced Leicester sheep, and an occasional liter of ABCA registered border collies. |
Our Fruit |
During the months of June, July, and August we attend the Harrisburg Open Air Market, as well as the Adams- Ricci Farmers Market. At both of these places, we sell our produce and provide people with fresh fruits and vegetables. We have a small orchard of approximately 250 peach trees. Due to the fact that our orchard is on the smaller side, we can allow our peaches to tree ripened, which results in a better colored, and more flavorful, peach. We have about 100 blueberry plant as well as a small patch of raspberries and strawberries. We have annual produce crops that we replant every season. The most common of these plants are string beans and wax beans, squash, zucchini, tomatoes, and broccoli. Our goal is producing the best tasting fruit and vegetables using the least amount of chemicals and spray materials possible.

Our Livestock |
Along with all of our produce, we also raise a small flock of Miniature Southdown Babydoll sheep and Blue Faced Leicesters sheep, Belted Galloway beef cattle, and a few French Angora rabbits. We recently added a couple of Dutch Belted dairy heifers to our herd, and are looking forward to expanding our horizons . We also raise and train Border Collies and occasionally have a litter of puppies. Contact us or check our 'For Sale' page for availability.
